A S.M.A.S.H. beer allows the flavors of one hop + one malt to shine together in an uncomplicated but delicious way. Brewed with Maris Otter malt and Mozaic hops, which yielded a balanced IPA with nutty and biscuit-y notes, and an array of tropical fruit, citrus, pine and herbal characteristics.

NALA'S ZIN BARREL-AGED TRIPEL

Savor the tantalizing fusion of luscious Belgian-style Tripel and fruity red Zinfandel! Brewed with local Colorado honey, this golden ale is bursting with fruity aromatics, light sweetness, and a hint of spice in the dry, crisp finish. Nala's spent a year in red Zinfandel barrels, which added complementary berry esters on the nose and subtle tanginess on the tonque. It's a delicious beer and a beautiful tribute to the memory of our sweet Nala dog.
