Taproom Beertender

Part-Time

Odyssey Beerwerks in Arvada, CO, is looking for one or two craft beer servers (Beertenders) to join our crew!

We take pride in serving up a variety of quality beers (up to 20!) and encourage a community atmosphere in the taproom. If you are passionate about craft beer and want to bring your talents and personality to a crowd of beer lovers, we would love to meet you.

As a beertender, duties include serving beer, interaction w/customers, opening, closing, cleaning, POS entry, bussing tables, etc. etc. etc. You know - bartending stuff.

Each shift is generally 6 - 8 hrs and we anticipate 2 shifts per week to begin, with the potential to increase down the road.

Successful candidates must have:

• A drive to ensure an enjoyable experience for our customers
• A passion for great beer
• Positive, friendly personality
• Previous server experience and/or be knowledgeable about craft beer

And should really also have:

• An opinion on what will enhance the craft beer experience for our customers
• A great sense of humor and appreciation of sarcasm
• The desire to seek out fun and adventure
• An appreciation of a variety of music
• TIPs certification

Beertender Rate and Hours:

• $10.63/Hour + Tips
• 16-34 hrs/week (Average 2-3 shifts/week)
• TIPs or ServSafe Certification required upon employment
